Seller's Description and Comments
I have a 1984 Pontiac Trans Am 2 seater retractable hardtop convertible for sale. It has just over 30,000 original miles on it. It's in excellent condition. Runs great. Has a 5.0 Liter High Output 305 V8 engine. 4 speed automatic with functional hood scoop. Very clean with original exhaust pipes. Has power windows and locks, original stereo w/ cassette player. Had a $3k custom convertible top replacement job done a little over a year ago. The actual roof is hard fiberglass, and it is lined with a cloth top. New tires put on (have all maintenance records). I bought it 3.5 years ago, and I believe I'm the 3rd owner. Clean carfax (I have a copy of it). It had 27,000 miles on it when I bought it so I've put on about 3k miles. I have some rare original documentation to go with it as well: original owner's manual, original 1984 Pontiac dealer brochure, original 2 page window sticker, and a copy of the brochure from Auto Form (the company that actually did the convertible conversion). It has some great pics and description/details as to the design that went into it. I also have an original 1984 Pontiac paint color swatch book. Very rare car, and rare documentation to go with it. I'd love to keep it, but I have another car I want to invest in more. Perfect for the much anticipated summer season. Never driven in winter, always garaged. No accidents, non-smoker. $6500 or best offer. Don't hesitate to make one. Thanks for looking.
